After his Masters degree in Industrial Design, Iwein worked as a designer, developer and project manager before he found himself in user experience design. He is always amazed to see how insights into human behaviour can form the basis of small changes that make a massive difference to web users.
Before joining 3Sixty Iwein worked for a company specialising in the hotel sector and pioneered usability for brands including Peninsula Hotels and InterContinental.
At 3Sixty, he's proud of his work on Birmingham Airport, Cofunds and ITV among others.

At home, Iwein loves riding and tinkering with as many bicycles as he can; all in search of the perfect riding experience.
He has just bought a 3 acre field as a project to learn more about
nature, conservation and growing his own food, and to instill his love
of all things outdoors in his 4-year-old son.
