Information architect wanted
We are looking for someone with a passion for user experience and a knack for turning client wish lists and marketing goals into detailed but comprehensible specifications. You must have a strong technical grounding and likely began life as a developer, likely on the client side. You should have a solid conceptual grasp of server-side technologies and ideally some programming experience. Experience with multimedia (audio, video, Flash) is a plus.
You may not have had the formal job title of information architect, but have undertaken many of the tasks expected of such a person as part of their day-to-day work. A solid understanding of web standards, accessibility issues and current best-practices such as progressive enhancement and unobtrusive scripting is a must. A background in HCI or usability testing would be an advantage.
We do not expect the successful candidate to have a formal background in graphic design or marketing, but we expect the successful candidate to have been exposed to these disciplines as part of the projects they have worked on. You must demonstrate an appreciation of the importance of branding, design and marketing issues as part of the overall mix of a successful project. Ideally you will have worked on projects for "blue chip" companies, either in B2B or B2C campaigns.
The salary is negotiable....we'll pay the going rate!

What’s good about 3Sixty
We picked up two "IPA Excellence in CPD" gongs for our investment in staff training, and the way we encourage a knowledge sharing culture in-house, by swapping individual expertise through presentations and talks (there’s over 100 years of combined digital experience in the agency).
And if that’s not enough, we’ve also picked up a PR Week Award for Best Internal Comms Campaign for ITV.
3Sixty offers a great range of staff benefits, including life insurance, medical insurance and a staff share options scheme. A company pension scheme is due to be launched in April 2008.
