Some of the faces behind the scenes
-
Tim Wootton, Chairman
Tim was founder and Chief Executive T.S.M.S. Ltd, the first independent sales house within ITV. Following the sale of the business to Clive Hollick’s M.A.I. in 1994, Tim stayed on as CEO and latterly Executive Chairman. He also became a Director of United Broadcasting. Following his departure from T.S.M.S. in 1997 Tim has held a number of non-executive positions, including Chairman of design agency Lambie Nairn, which Tim helped sell to Martin Sorrell’s W.P.P. in 1999, and non-executive Chairman of Zenith Media Europe and Zenith Media UK until the business was sold to Publicis in 2002. Tim became the non-executive Chairman of 3Sixty in August 2004 and helps Chris and Jon (the owners) with the strategic development of the business.

Chris Thurling, Managing Director
After spending a few years teaching politics to undergrads, Chris escaped to join a marketing agency in the early 90s. Then along came the Internet, which he thought was a lot more fun. And so ever since 1995, when he founded 3Sixty, Chris has been advising clients on how to make the Internet the most powerful part of their marketing mix. Since then Chris has worked on digital projects for a number of major clients including ITV, AstraZeneca, Renault F1, Bayer, Dell, General Electric, IBM and GlaxoSmithKline along with dozens of small and medium sized businesses. Chris gets heavily involved in the planning and scoping phases of client projects and then steps back to keep an eagle eye on the implementation of the plan.

Jonathan Waring, Creative Director
Jon is a very rare bird indeed – a ‘techie’ graphic designer. Having learnt his craft working for several high profile design groups including Total Design (Amsterdam), Crabtree Hall (London) and DNA Marcom (London) Jon only found his true vocation when the Web came along as a new vehicle for his talents. For a number of years Jon ran his own graphic design agency (Digital Arts) before merging his business with 3Sixty in 2000. Jon gets involved at all stages in projects, and makes it his mission to ensure that a client’s brand successfully translates to the online world.
