From homepage to completed booking, every detail of the website was designed to reflect the innocent charm and beauty of the real experience.
Invited to spend a weekend at a Forest Holidays cabin, we’d reverted to our younger selves – a reminder of more innocent times. Reflecting this without taking our eye off the commercial priority to improve booking conversions was the objective. We combined user testing with design & brand workshops, to deliver a beautiful website with a more streamlined booking process. Conversions are up, and we’re going back.
